Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Fulfillment & delivery. DRiNK. products are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing, via USPS or UPS.

Shipping rates. Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Any free-shipping promotions are shown at checkout.

Destinations. We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships; allow 24–48 hours for it to update.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@thisisdrink.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help make it right.

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout; orders returned due to an invalid address may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Refund & Return Policy

Consumable products. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Unopened products. Unopened items in original, sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@thisisdrink.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Non-returnable items. Opened/used products, gift cards, and final-sale items.

Cancellations. Orders can be canceled before they enter fulfillment. Once processing or shipped, follow the return process above.
